For Sale
Thank you to those customers who purchased stock from our recent Spring Specials listed on this website. We were able to sell about 70% of the alpacas listed for sale, and have a number of very satisfied clients whose new females have produced female crias! We are just waiting now for our spring/summer births to finish, and will finalise decisions shortly about which breeding males and females to offer for our next round of specials, together with some pet quality young males.
Our breeding philosophy is to strive for continual improvement, and we pride ourselves on being able to provide a range of quality alpacas for sale at affordable prices to complement and strengthen your own breeding strategies.
Many alpaca web-sites lay claim to having top-bloodlines. At Warralinga we really can say that we
have the very best of the historic fawn pedigrees (courtesy of alpaca industry legends Purrumbete
El Dorado and Purrumbete Inti) direct and undiluted. We stake our reputation on this. There are
four El Dorado daughters and two Inti daughters listed below in a range of colours and
prices.
There are females sired by, or pregnant to, our superior white Accoyo stud male, Shanbrooke
Accoyo Yavari, sire of two National Supreme Champions (2006 & 2008) and father to many other
progeny with well-documented championship performances.
We have also listed a couple of young
potential stud sires.
Please do the research. Compare our alpacas to others available in the current competitive market-place. You will see that the huacayas listed here represent fantastic value at realistic, affordable prices with genuine reductions for quality breeding stock and highly respected pedigrees.

1. Warralinga Anastasia & Warralinga Aristocrat
Solid White Pregnant Female
IAR: 71449
DOB: 02/12/2003
With Solid Light Fawn Male Cria at foot
IAR: 140562
DOB: 24/05/2009
Last Mating Date: 01/07/2009 to Hillside Gardens Napoleon (SW)
$1,650
This is a most appealing three-in-one package. Anastasia is an elegant, upstanding daughter of Purrumbete El Dorado (SMF), quite correct in conformation with good fleece length and density for her age. Her crias always have long, soft and stylish fleeces, and this year's young male cria, Aristocrat, (by Banksia Park Pure Witness ET, SLF) is no exception. In the photo (taken when he was just 10 weeks old), you can see the well-organized little fleece bundles forming. Anastasia is a proven breeder, an excellent mother and trouble-free breeder with a calm, manageable temperament.
She is spitting off to Hillside Gardens Napoleon (owned by Banksia Park Alpaca Stud in WA), whose progeny have performed extremely well across WA, VIC and NSW. We happened to have Napoleon visiting for a short time from WA, so took advantage of his stay to mate to some of our white girls, including Anastasia, even though we already have his genetics courtesy of his championship winning son, Pure Witness. Anastasia will be confirmed pregnant by ultrasound prior to sale. In the event that she does not hold the mating to Napoleon, she would be re-mated to Pure Witness.

2. Forestglen Rebecca
Solid Medium Fawn Pregnant Female
IAR: 72186
DOB:12/07/2003
Last Mating Date: 30/05/2009 to Warralinga Celtic Lad (SMF)
$1,100
Rebecca is an attractive 6 year old female with a consistently honey-coloured fleece, strong bone and a well-proportioned frame.
She is the first female on the farm confirmed pregnant to our young SMF National Show winning sire, Warralinga Celtic Lad. So, in an ideal world she would not have been offered for sale. However she is for sale as our numbers must be reduced. Rebecca is by Purrumbete Inti from the same dam lines as Forestglen Rhiannon (listed for sale above). The mating to Celtic Lad introduces a double-cross of El Dorado which should nicely complement Rebecca's pedigree. Celtic Lad is by the distinguished multiple Supreme Champion sire Patagonia Celtic Triumph and his dam is our championship wining MF female, Warralinga Honeysuckle Rose.

3. Warralinga Magnolia
White Pregnant Female
IAR: 54114
DOB: 03/08/2004
Last Mating Date: 06/12/2008 to Banksia Park Pure Witness ET (SLF)
$1,100
Magnolia is a true-to-type white El Dorado daughter who is (unofficially) full Accoyo. Her dam was Somerset Accoyo Malku, a direct import from the Accoyo herd in Peru, who was a prized female in our herd until her untimely accidental death. Magnolia is heavily pregnant to Banksia Park Pure Witness (due November). Holding commendable fleece stats at 5 years of age, she has a long and soft fleece with good density. Typical of the Accoyo lines, she has a strong, square frame and a soft, shiny muzzle. Accoyo females are not routinely offered for sale - especially at this price, so Magnolia is well worthy of your consideration.

4. Forestglen Sylvia
White Pregnant Female
IAR: 62137
DOB: 15/04/2003
Last Mating Date: 08/12/2008 to Banksia Park Pure Witness ET (SLF)
$1,100
Sylvia is a striking, well-balanced female, heavily pregnant to Banksia Park Pure Witness (SLF). She is an excellent mother and rears strong, healthy crias, a trait which must not be underestimated in any breeding programme. As you can see from her photograph she has great depth of body and an upright, correct stance. Sylvia is by Forestglen Maestro, son of Purrumbete El Dorado and the equally famous Purrumbete Minty. Sylvia is valued in our herd for the fact that she also has, as a maternal grandsire, Peruvian Sonoma, a beautiful white imported male from earlier times. Her last cria, Warralinga Seamus was part of our 2009 show team, with first fleece stats of 18.5 micron, 3.9 SD, 20.8% CV and 99.5% CF. (see listing under Males for Sale).

5. Barrabinda Helvetia Sun
Solid White Pregnant Female
IAR: 108534
DOB: 15/08/2006
Last Mating Date: 20/05/2009 to Banksia Park Pure Witness ET (SLF)
$1,100
17.0 micron, 4.0 SD, 23.7% CV, 100% CF (first fleece)
This is an impressive, young heavy-cutting Yavari daughter, pregnant with her first cria, and due next autumn to Pure Witness. Helvetia has both El Dorado and Highlander on the dam side of her pedigree and she has a long, productive, bright fleece with good density. She is a structurally correct female with great substance of bone. Helvetica Sun was mated for the first time in autumn this year. Somehow she slipped through the cracks and was forgotten in the breeding programme a year earlier when she would normally have been mated. She became pregnant with just the one mating to Pure Witness, so her breeding career is now underway.

1. Warralinga Seamus
Light Fawn Yearling Male
IAR: 107369
DOB: 08/12/2007
$2,000
An upstanding, impressive frame is the first thing you notice about Seamus. He is a well-developed, masculine and structurally correct male rising two years old. His soft champagne coloured fleece is fine and dense. He is one of the last ever Inti sons, born after Inti's death in September 2007 and because he is so well-grown for his age, we believe he will be ready to start working soon. The dam line for Seamus contains Forestglen Maestro, Purrumbete El Dorado, Purrumbete Minty and Peruvian Sonoma. He is an affordable young male with sound credentials for someone seeking the classic old fawn lines in a working male. Seamus is halter-trained.
